Note I didn't say 'Xemnas'. With no Ansem Seeker of Darkness and no classic Organization, he had to pick his name elsewhere.
Nixus (Nixe to the right people) is mirrorverse!Xemnas in the same way that Friendship is Magic is a cartoon for little girls - that is to say that it's an accurate description as far as it goes, but it sure as heck doesn't cover the whole story... for a start, he remembers his old life. All his old lives. In far too much detail.
Mucked with the design since my last shot at drawing mirror!Xemnas and KH2!Xeha, and this is what happens.
Also going with an armour theme on these Nobodies. And there are more out there... just not the normal set.
